We do not issue refunds, but we will do everything to make sure you are satisfied with your product. Leather is a natural product, meaning the leather comes from cows that may rub against barbed wires, posts, trees or other objects causing what’s know as range marks on the hides. These small blemishes make each piece of leather a one of a kind item.
